This exclusive series of workouts is for men and women, ages 18 and over, of all skill levels and abilities who want to begin with some high quality instruction at an BTA training facility. The training is focused on basic fundamentals, proper technique and competitive play.
Adult workout series:
Minimum age: 18 years old
Maximum age: 85 years old
15 sessions: 90 minute workout per session
Each workout includes:
20 minutes - shooting - stance, shot arc and shot depth
20 minutes - ball-handling, footwork and passing skills
20 minutes - open court practice

Performance Training: each session will end with 15 minutes of performance exercises, focusing on plyometrics, strength training, injury prevention and recovery. These workouts are intended to increase each player's power, agility and flexibility.
