Live the unforgettable.

Building any brand requires consensus. When we position ourselves as a brand, we are forced to project an image of what we believe most people will approve of and admire and buy into. The moment we cater our creativity to popular opinion is the precise moment we lose our freedom and autonomy. But rather than manufacturing a personal brand, why not build a reputation? Why not develop our character? Imagine what we could learn from each other if we felt worthy as we are instead of who we project ourselves to be. Imagine if we could design a way to share who we are without shame or hubris. Perhaps it’s time we leave the branding to the brands and the living to the living ... to our Athletes.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Dare to be naive. Each of us lives a life that expresses who we are, reacts to the world around us, shows our passions, reflects our deep river of feeling and being.

PLAYERS

- Any kind of "illogical" is not allowed in here. [BTA is an environment that is free of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol and expect participants to refrain from their use at all events].

- Not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.

- Not engage in any behaviour, which would endanger the health, safety, or well being of player, spectator or any other attendee.

PARENTS & SPECTATORS

- Understand the coach and BTA team philosophy. If you don't know the goals of the team ask them to be explained at the first meeting of the season.

- Support players, but do not coach the players from the stands. It confuses others, and undermines the efforts of the coach.
