Brown seaweed, less expensive than Chlorella but very rich in iodine. Chlorella and Spirulina are rich in vitamins.
Clay to be taken by mouth, and together with coriander it 'collects' heavy metals in the body and carries them to the intestine.
Last but not least, brown rice, barley and foods rich in sulphur such as cabbage and broccoli as they combine with heavy metals and carry them in the intestine until they are excreted.
